Light in my City was able to bless a wonderful young woman this weekend. Her tent had holes (from where the rats had chewed through), and no tent cover to help keep her warm at night. Through a wonderful donation of tents and other items that we received from World Vision, we were able to set up a new tent, get her off of the ground with a hammock/cot, provide a new sleeping bag, and of course give her a solar LuminAID lantern, a FosPower solar/hand-crank radio, and a GearLight flashlight. A big thank you to Jim and Peg for working tirelessly to help others through their own personal furniture ministry, and for delivering the World Vision donations to us. We are so thankful for their hearts for helping those in need!
