This weekend, Light in my City was blessed to talk with, and help, people facing such obstacles as living in a car, sleeping in a Port-a-John, sleeping outside on the ground, and even helping a newly homeless man navigate homelessness for the first time. We were able to provide tents, tarps, cold weather sleeping bags, blankets, LuminAID solar lanterns, and FosPower emergency hand-crank radios.
We are grateful for the relationships that we have built, and for the opportunity to serve those in our own city who find themselves in need of help.
