Don't you just love the joy you hear in a friend's voice when they invite you over to see their new house or apartment? Light in my City had the honor of hearing that joy as a homeless couple gave us a tour of their living space. They were so proud of the care they took in decorating with found objects. They shared their seating area for conversation with friends, their pantry with canned goods, their bedroom (tent), and their stove/furnace (fire pit). We were able to provide a FosPower Emergency Hand-Crank Radio and LuminAID solar lantern to provide light, dignity, and safety to our joyful homeless Pittsburgh neighbors.
